but little salaries of poverty and none labor civil group still be force to pay in trade tax inside all local survive products in fresh market...from technical about no tranlucense...big projects in full governance not from negotiate appropriate budget from government but from tactic of lobbyists in all sections in civil channel branches .Academic and knowledge management is trict for moral dump and dam.. on showing that all clean tax or budget come along its way!!! Center full integration budget as recommend from young deputy director senior always be ignorance from some ministries ,...look like it is easy to manage small budget in many departments into some benefit companies...more easier????No way out for create big budget integration projects for big cooperations between departments of ministries...???? Some countries got nices Majors of big economic cities to manage all regions and all departments...whole on securities,cops,hospitals...not only collages but all campuses...full communicate in cable network with nice local energy or infrastructure supplies..all by private companies with high translucense sharing justify income back to governance...but it is block the benefits of lobbyists or corruption style..in some countries...right????
